Processing Time
All Namra Studios orders are processed within 3–5 business days of purchase. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
During launch periods, limited drops, or high-demand windows, processing times may be extended. We will communicate any delays via email or our website.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We currently ship within the United States. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Delivery estimates begin from the date of shipment, not the date of purchase. Namra Studios is not responsible for carrier delays once a package has left our facility.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your delivery status directly through the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Namra Studios is not liable for packages that are lost or stolen after a confirmed delivery. If your tracking information shows delivered but you have not received your package, we recommend:
- Checking with neighbors or building management
- Contacting the carrier directly with your tracking number
- Filing a claim with the carrier if applicable

Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Namra Studios is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us through our Contact Page as soon as possible. We will do our best to correct it before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery through our Contact Page. Include your order number, a description of the damage, and clear photos of the packaging and item. We will review your claim and respond within 3–5 business days.
International Shipping
At this time, Namra Studios does not ship internationally. We hope to expand in the future and will announce international availability when it becomes available.
