Refund & Returns Policy
All Sales Are Final
All purchases made through Namra Studios are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, and refunds will not be issued for any reason outside of the circumstances outlined below. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
No Refunds on Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for the following:
- Change of mind or buyer's remorse
- Incorrect size, color, or style selected at checkout
- Items purchased as gifts
- Delayed shipments caused by carriers or circumstances outside our control
Defective Products
We stand behind the quality of every Namra Studios piece. If you receive an item that is defective or damaged upon arrival, we will work with you to make it right. Defective product claims must meet the following criteria:
- The defect must be reported within 7 days of the confirmed delivery date
- You must provide clear photos of the defect along with your order number
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging
If your claim is approved, we will offer a replacement of the same item (subject to availability) or store credit at our discretion. Refunds to the original payment method will not be issued under any circumstances.
How to Submit a Defective Product Claim
If you believe your item is defective, please visit our Contact Page and submit your claim via the contact form. Include your order number, a description of the defect, and photos of the item. Our team will respond within 3–5 business days.
We reserve the right to deny any claim that does not meet the criteria outlined above.
